4People is flexible and can provide the multi-agency Case Management services needed to connect communities. Examples of this include networking health care organizations to provide access to care and insurance, reducing homelessness by coordinating services, and providing the tools to communicate between Justice Centers and the communities for coordinating services to offender reentry. The Case Management Network is designed to meet your needs as a stand alone system for your agency or as a multiple agency tool. It is HIPAA and HMIS compliant. In fact, 4People uses the same database system as the national Coordinated Assistance Network (CAN). 4People is a CAN Partner and provides links to resources for every county in Washington State.
