Home
Base
a group of government, non-profits, faith based
organizations, and concerned citizens use the 4People Case Management System to
reduce homelessness and coordinate services to at-risk families and
children in Benton and Franklin Counties, Washington State. As of 12/31/06 over
980 homeless or potentially homeless have been served.

Kids
Connect a group of 8 health care clinics and organizations
use the Case Management system to connect kids to health care in Yakima
County, Washington State. As of 12/06 over 2100 children have been
served.

Justice Centers
are exploring using 4People Case Management system to connect
inmates with community resources prior to being released.

Faith Based organizations are using 4People Case Management to share
resources with at risk families.

Training
Options:
Training is available
to 4People users. You must have signed the Agreements to the right,
and registered on the 4People.communityos.org. Select from the courses
listed below to view more information. Training is available by
appointment via phone and Internet access or in person. It is the
goal of 4People to have someone in every county that can provide this
training and monitor usage, compliance, and effectiveness.
Client
Registry and On Line Support Assistant/OLSA & Shelter/Housing
Options.
A demonstration of the Client Registry system during which users will
learn the basics of how to access client records, manage client
information, and document client registry and identify housing options using the Client Registry and

Comprehensive Case Management/CCM and HMIS
4People
facilitates training specific to completing case management tasks
related to the use of 4People CCM/HMIS.
Participants will learn how to navigate the 4People system to enter
information gathered from HMIS Intake and Exit forms and how to avoid common
errors.

Resource Database
A review of
the Resource Database during which users will learn how to create agency
and service profiles, complete required and optional information, and
use tools to facilitate the process data entry process.
This training is only
intended for those agency personnel assigned the responsibility to
collect information on community resources used by the agency’s staff.

Export
Wizard Reports Tool
This training is
limited to those who are responsible for monitoring and supervising
programs. You must obtain approval from your 4People Point of Contact (the
staff member at your agency who acts as a liaison between your agency
and 4People). Participants will learn how to run reports on data
recorded in the Client Registry using the Export Wizard
