Procedure for obtaining 4People Directory Information access

4People Directory Information viewing is FREE to the public.

4People board, staff and volunteers will maintain and update resources as needed. All businesses, organizations can receive a FREE listing under their category (like the yellow pages) with phone number. Submit your business name, phone number, category, or updates to https://www.tcfn.org/secureforms/4people/agencyinfo.html  or contact@4People.org


Procedure for obtaining 4People Comprehensive Case Management (CCM) Access

Access to 4People is reserved for health and human service organizations, faith based organizations, counselors, caseworkers, and volunteers that provide services such as food, housing assistance, clothes, counseling, etc, to low income families, and individuals in need. The 4People Network is open to all agencies, organizations, and coalitions in eastern Washington. Some examples are Homeless and Health Care Coalitions or stand alone organizations that need to collaborate and coordinate services. The 4People Network is HIPAA and HMIS compliant and can be a stand alone or community wide client needs and service database. Cost is $500.00 per agency, per year, with special considerations available for faith based and human services coalitions. Contact@4People.org

For agencies that qualify, the agreements should be reviewed and signed by individuals authorized to make legal, binding agreements on behalf of the organization.

To obtain access, each organization must:

  1. Prior to signing Agreements please e-mail Contact@4People.org or call 509.543.2910 to indicate your interest. At this time 4People will assess your fees for services.
  2. Review and agree when submitting the Agency Participation Agreement.  Assign an Agency or Organization Point of Contact to act as a liaison between the agency and 4People (Agency Participation Agreement Online Form)
  3. Ensure that a Caseworker Confidentiality Agreement is completed and agreed by each caseworker who will have direct access to 4People. (Caseworker Confidentiality Agreement Online Form)
  4.  Every time a client file is created or updated the 4People system will request that a Online Client Client Release form (from) each client has been received by the agency. Reports of those who have signed the 4People online releases are available to the Agency Point of Contact.

  5. Once you have signed releases go to https://4people.communityos.org/ , click on login and then register yourself.

All forms are provided on-line, when you submit your form, it is a legal agreement that you will abide by the stipulations in that form.  Should you have problems submitting the agreements, please print, sign, and mail to 4People, 5210 W. 4th Ave., Kennewick, WA 99336
